Hey! I'm Ari. I'm 33. I'm from Brisbane and I've been living in Melbourne for about three years.

I work four days a week as an English Language Teacher for international students. Monday - Thursday I'll hardly be home - leaving early, returning late. This keeps me very and horribly busy.

When I'm not working, I really just want to veg out at home. Maybe cook something, have a beer, watch a film, go for a run. Normal human things. I like finding a routine because I think that leads to a nice life.

I interact with so many people all day so I'm really looking for a peaceful space to recharge. While I'm looking forward to being a mate (and your mates' mate), I'm not looking for a party house. I have famously never kicked on.

While my own room might get messy, I am very conscious that clean shared spaces make houses happy. I like entering, chatting in and leaving a clean kitchen especially.

I promise I am interesting and sociable too. I'd be up for a jam, chess, bike ride, bird watch, weird movie or even a beer together. Really looking forward to making some new friends, not just new housemates.
