Hi, I'm kind, friendly & respectful. I don't mind a chat, but also respect other's privacy. I have regular stable income with disabilty support pension. I clean up after myself.

I have significant health issues so unable to work & will be home a fair bit . I have my good & bad days with my conditions. Ideally I'd like my own bathroom if possible, but flexible around this. I pay my rent on time & can provide references if needed. Im Just looking for a peaceful safe home environment where I can recover with like minded understanding good
people.
Smoking outside only. I go out & about a couple of times a week to visit family & friends or when I'm up for it I go to appointments if I need.

I can move at anytime where I am atm.

Recovering from a operation I had in late October. I'm needing to be close to major hospital if my health continues to get worse.
