Dear homeowner, I hope this finds you well.
My name is Alexandra, I am writing to express my interest in renting your property alongside my boyfriend Jack. I moved from Scotland to Perth to experience a new way of living and explore a completely different country than the one I’ve grown up in.
I am incredibly responsible and hardworking, I take pride in keeping my personal spaces clean and well maintained. Fortunately, I am pretty handy too, just some of the perks of growing up with a joiner as a dad.
I very much enjoy being a part of a community and getting along with my neighbours, I try my best never be too loud or disruptive and I am always happy to communicate and work through any issues if they may arise.
I believe the home is the perfect space and just what we’ve been looking for, and the location is ideal for us. It’s a genuinely stunning property.
I have a full time job. I would like to assure you that in terms of rent, payments would be prompt and regular and this has always been something I am consistent with.
