Hi, It’s a pleasure to introduce myself as I search for my next long-term home. I’m a responsible and honest individual with a strong track record as a reliable tenant—always paying rent on time and taking great care of the property I call home.

I have a Jack Russell Terrier named Duke, who is well-behaved and loves his walks. I also have a 15-year-old son who attends Rostrevor College, and I look forward to spending quality time with him during occasional visits, such as weekends and holidays.

Some of my favorite activities include writing, exploring art, watching reality TV, walking Duke, and practicing yoga. I enjoy the tranquility of a cozy studio but also value friendly interactions with neighbors and the community.

I work for myself as a cleaner, a business I’ve been running since 2021, and I study part-time at Flinders University. I’m also a non-smoker. My kids and pets are an important part of my life, and I strive to maintain a peaceful and friendly household atmosphere that’s honest, positive, and easy-going.
