Nynke and Joel

Hi! We’re Nynke (23, from the Netherlands) and Joel (26, from the UK), a friendly, easygoing couple moving to Perth at the end of January.

Nynke is following an online masters in neuroscience and will also be working full time, while Joel works in fabrication and will likely be FIFO or full-time. Because of this, the house is often fairly quiet during the week.

We’re clean, respectful, and reliable, and we genuinely treat a home like our own. We enjoy a calm, tidy space and get along easily with others, always up for a chat or shared dinner, but also very mindful of privacy and personal space.

We’re initially looking for a short-term place (around 1–2 months) while we settle into Perth and find our routine, but we’re flexible and open to staying longer if it feels like the right fit.
