Hi all,

I'm a 29 year old Aussie male looking for a room before Christmas, for a job in Pyrmont starting on 5/1/26. I'm a mechanical engineer relocating from Wollongong, and am looking for a place with easy going people who are clean and considerate. Ideally I'm after a place that's got access to parking or on street parking. I prefer to work with working professionals at a similar stage of their life. I would consider any suburb that I can commute to Pyrmont in less than 30 minutes, and ideally in the 450-550/ wk range but flexible depending on the situation. My preferred move in dates are between Dec20-Dec31, apart from the days around Christmas.

I plan to flatshare for 6 months, to ensure I am happy with the job before making a descision on where to live longer term.

My hobbies include travel, photography, snokling/diving/swimming, camping, cooking and some gaming. I enjoy getting along well with my roommates but having quiet time in the evenings.
