I'm Nicole, 30 years old and just moved to Sydney working as an environmental consultant in the CBD. Grew up in the Philippines and have been living in New Zealand the last 12 years.
I'm looking for a chill, and friendly flat --- I work at the office 3x a week and WFH 2x a week.

My budget is around $400 pw including expenses (can be flexible for the right place):
-I'm looking for a room that can fit a double bed and a small desk. -I'd require parking for my car (on street parking is fine) and
-Storage for my 8ft surfboard (storage cage/any space in the apartment is fine).

After work, I am either at the gym, or like to cook and relax at home. I'm pretty relaxed, and like to chat over dinner and create a friendly energy but also respect other people's space. I'm keen for a shared meal, movie, or drink from time to time when schedules align! During the weekends I like to go surfing, and hang out with friends.
