Hi, I’m David—originally from Colombia and now happily settled in Perth for the past eight years. I work full-time in procurement (Monday – Friday) and occasionally work from home, so I appreciate a tidy, calm space.

You’ll find me easy-going, respectful, and clean. I like to keep common areas organised and believe open communication makes for a smooth household. Outside work I stay active—enjoying football (soccer), beach walks, and exploring WA’s great cafés. I also love cooking, so expect the occasional Colombian feast or experimental Asian dish (you’re always welcome to join).

I’m looking for a relaxed, considerate home with flatmate who value mutual respect, shared laughs, and a good balance between social time and personal space. If that sounds like the vibe you’re after, I’d be keen to meet and see if we’re a good fit!
