48 year old full time employed public servant. I have relocated to Perth for family reasons, and managed to secure a unit but it's too small for what I really need so still on the lookout for something with a yard for my small dog.

I'm looking to share with a female as I will have my school aged daughters with me half the time. Looking at trying to secure a 4-5 bedroom 2 bathroom where you would have the main bedroom and ensuite.

I have the ability to work from home so would be doing that potentially 3 days per week.

Girls go to school in the Parkwood area so looking for something within about 20 minutes drive from there.
