My name is Gui, and I’m currently living in Coomera. I have a background in civil engineering and I’m continuing my studies in this field here, alongside working during the week. Because of this, I keep a very structured and responsible routine.

I’m a quiet, organised, and respectful person. Most of my time is spent studying, working, or resting, so I value a clean and peaceful home environment. I’m not a party person, and I always take good care of the place where I live.

I pay rent on time, respect house rules, and treat the property as if it were my own. I’m looking for a long-term place to live and would really like a stable and comfortable home.
