I'm a quiet tenant / room mate. I looking for my own master and ensuite of decent size. I normally keep to myself but am very friendly when I see others in common areas. I plan to begin studying shortly. Currently I am in and out of hospital due to back injury.
I have a long term steady income. And am looking for my perfect fit.
Im 30 years old and don't drive so I don't have a car or need for parking..
I tend to pay my rent 1 month at a time rather than each week providing you with more peace of mind.
Im neat, tidy and all around a great person to be around and very respectful of others privacy.
Furnished isn't a requirement but highly commended if the room does come with a bed. Would prefer all bills included.
