Hiya. I've just come back from the UK after 10 years to do a research PhD at QUT and be closer to my family who are in Sydney so I'll go down to visit them pretty often. Looking for something on or very close to the beach, ideally with a view of the ocean. I live clean, get up at 5am (mostly!), go to bed early, and don't drink. Love it you're living a similar healthy lifestyle. I'd love also to find somewhere that has a spare room where friends can stay from time to time but that won't be often and isn't a deal breaker.
