Hi there,

Im looking for my new home and would love to stick around the Kings Beach/Caloundra area. Im ideally looking for a 6 month arrangement minimum in a granny flat or self contained unit. I’m also open to teaming up or sharing in the right household with like minded, easy going people.

A little about me: I’m respectful, tidy, and very comfortable living in shared spaces. I value peace and quiet at home and genuinely appreciate a calm, relaxed environment. I’m polite, communicative, and mindful of other people’s space and routines.

During the day, I’m a corporate professional that works from home. I’m flexible on attending my local office if need be but I do prefer working by my own space.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, and travelling whenever I can. I enjoy cooking, trying new things, and I don’t mind the occasional beer if the moment calls for it, but I’m not a party house person.

I come with one very important housemate: Marvin 🐱 He’s well behaved, clean, and is strictly an indoor cat. He’s more into naps and window watching than causing trouble, and has a very gentle temperament.
