My lovely flat-mate is moving overseas, so I am on the look-out for apartments and keen to team up with another girl. I work full-time in a corporate role and have a hybrid working arrangement. I respect and value personal space / downtime, but I’m always up for a chat and heading out occasionally. In my free-time I enjoy running or exploring food spots.

I’m looking for a peaceful home to unwind rather than a party environment (party as much as you want outside). I have a preference of privacy at home, but I’m absolutely fine with the occasional guest.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I appreciate living with people who are similar in that regard. Overall, I’m easygoing, considerate, and looking for a relaxed living environment.
