Hi future flatmate(s), I am Maria, 37 years old and from Germany. I came to Sydney two years ago and I felt so in love with this amazing city, that I am now seeking a place to stay for 3 months, and if I am lucky enough, I would even stay longer. I work remotely as a patent paralegal, therefor I would like and need a whole room to myself. I love hiking, yeah, I lived close to the mountains in the south of Germany, I dance salsa and bachata, but I always wanted to live closer to the beach. So here I am, down under :) I do not smoke and I would describe myself as a very easy, communicative and open person. I am very tidy and respectful. I would love to share dinners every now and then, a walk on the beach, a Pilates class, an day trip around Sydney and tell you all about my travels around the world, but of course I also value and respect down time as well. Please let me know if you have a free room, starting next week, preferably in the eastern suburbs, but not a must.
