I am a 25yr old Pharmacy Retail Manager working Full time. I am a very quiet, respectful tenant. I do not drink, smoke or party. I usually spend my weekends staying in at home or mostly working. I do not have my licence as I use public transport. I love any type of animal, so if you have cats or dogs I am certainly okay with that. I have 3 friends who I spend my time with as well & hangout, but usually we are always busy with work. currently live with my older Sister & her family is expanding hence why I am looking for a place to stay. I have a 4Yr old nephew & just welcome my niece about 4 months ago. I am very big into n family & so easy going. The current rental market is outrageous and have been having trouble for the last 4 months trying to find a place. I am very respectful when it comes to personal space, I am usually always in my room but like to have a chat every now and then! I am looking for a studio, granny flat or a shared house.
