Claudia Jones

I’m a 28-year-old woman from Northern Ireland, currently living in Perth on a working holiday visa. I have over 8 years of professional experience in engineering, and moving to Australia was a decision to both expand my career opportunities and enjoy new life experiences. I’m employed full-time in an engineering role here in Perth, and I previously completed a 6-month contract with another local company. My career has given me a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and reliability, qualities I also bring to being a tenant.

As a renter, I pride myself on being respectful, clean, and considerate of the property and my neighbors. I like to keep my home well maintained and organised, and I understand the importance of being a trustworthy and dependable tenant.

Outside of work, I’m always seeking new adventures and love to make the most of life in Perth. I enjoy hiking, watching sunsets, and exploring new food and coffee spots. I also appreciate quiet evenings at home where I can relax and recharge. Friends describe me as a friendly, positive, and bubbly person who brings warmth and laughter wherever I go.
