Own bathroom preferred.
Dedicated off street parking required (I’m not looking to battle with neighbours over street parking, visitors car spaces etc).
Some storage would be ideal (eg. An extra cupboard, or some space in the garage).
I work from home some of the time.
I’m generally easy going as long as others clean up after themselves, and respect others and their belongings.

References available from people I have been housesitting for on and off since 2017, or from my last property manager who has a rent ledger showing 5 years of rental payments.
I have a blue card and recent police check.
