I'd love to find a place to stay for a year, hopefully, longer. Ideally near a tram or train station! I'm a full time nursing student at QUT. I'm pretty tidy, clean, and very easy going. I enjoy spending time with my housemates, but I do like my alone time too. I absolutely love dogs, so if you have one, you better prepare it to be smothered with lots of love. I'm always down to chat and binge watch TV shows or movies together. Especially, if you like Brooklyn nine nine, we will get along extra well! I'm a massive foodie, a pretty good cook and I bake a lot so you definitely won't go hungry. I do have a boyfriend so you'll have to get used to him being around sometimes. Looking forward to meet you :) p.s. please forgive me at being so terrible at responding to messages, I'm abroad at the moment, but I will get back to you as soon as I can x
Hello! My name is Cherie Thorpe and turn 39 next year. I have recently left an eight year relationship in Perth which was emotionally abusive and controlling by my exfiancé. I am searching for a quiet and relaxing environment to call home where I can emotionally heal, become healthy, independent and happy..mind, body, spirit and soul. After studying Behavioural Science at UWA for a while I decided to focus all of my energy on my writing (my passion in life) and am nearly about to get a book I am working on (which entails collecting qualitative data using the Grounded theory as used in Sociology circles). At the moment I am on the Disability Pension as I suffer from anxiety/social phobia. For the past month I have been staying at my parent's home in Coombabah/Runaway Bay. My parents and my brother’s family all live on the Gold Coast which is great as family is very important to me. At first I may appear to be extremely shy and quiet but when I get to know you, I will come ‘out of my shell’ so to speak! I value kindness, generosity, compassion, empathy, responsibility, respect, trust, honesty and personal privacy. Extremely hygienic and a very clean and tidy person who (although it may sound strange...) actually enjoys cleaning!
Hi I'm a professional 52 year old woman working full time at Griffith University. I moved to the coast earlier this year for work. I'm very easy going, clean and tidy and respectful of others space and privacy. I'm looking for a self contained area in a home or a share house with similar people. I'm happy to be social and chat but like my own time and space as well.

Hi there, I’m from Malaysia, Chinese. I’m studying at TAFE Ashmore until end of 2019, but will continue studies after that. I study three days a week and have a part time job on other days. Other than that, I go for a motorcycle road trip somewhere if there’s time and good weather. My bike isn’t loud if you are worried. I keep stuff as tidy as possible, a tidy place is more comfortable than a wreck, right? Am not a night life, party person. But will go out with friends once in awhile. I don't mind a small room, single bed, medium wardrobe. But will need a decent wifi, a proper desk and place to park my bike. Will appreciate if it is living with house owner condition as I have a pretty bad experience with leased houses. Thanks.
I start work as a veterinarian at the start of 2019. Looking for a place with a yard for myself and my dog Archie. He is a 2yo kelpie x, gets along well with other dogs.

I am currently working at Coles and I am able to transfer so I am looking for a place that is close to a Coles and Griffith uni. I am a kind, polite and clean person. I have a bubbly personality and can get along with most people very easily.
Hey I’m Nicole and I’m 22. I moved to Australia about 6 months ago from New Zealand. I am a social person but I also like to some me time to binge watch Netflix. I work in a bakery so every now and then I bring home some goods :D being new to the Gold Coast, I’d love to make some friends so I’m ideally after flatmates who are of similar age and have similar interests :)
Hello! I am Maddy, 26 yo,Italian. Been living in Aus for the last few years and now I have decided to start a degree in Nutrition and move to GC from Perth. I am arriving in GC the first week of february, and my semester starts on the 4th of March, so ideally I need a place before the craziness starts :) I am very easy going, clean and have been share housing for years so I know all the rules and never had any issues! I have my car, a little getz so I'd like a place that I can have it somewhere secure. Super friendly, open minded, very respectful of other people spaces. Not a party animal, however I can enjoy a good Vino with a good chat every now and then:) Would prefer no pets, but depending on the house could do exceptions, also because I study a smaller household with one person is ideal, but hit me up with what you have :) I will have absolutely no furniture when I move, so I will need everything :) (Love to cook, exercise, yoga, travel, snorkeling,hiking,painting.. cannot wait to see more of the east coast!) Ciao :)

I am looking for somewhere with a garden that I can add too (but still be low maintenance) and somewhere to park my bicycle. I work full time, and like to make sure I don't waste my spare time. I have no " dependent dependents ", or pets, but I have a few houseplants I am willing to share!! Looking for a house that loves music, is easygoing, and not overly judgemental. Hoping to hear from you soon!! Especially if you have a leafy private space!!!!! Cheers Kylie Oops, I like a clean n tidy kitchen.. 0402516095...
Currently working at KFC and studying Primary Education at Griffith Uni. I’m a pretty independent person but love good company. Looking for somewhere to live while I’m moving out of home for the first time. Preferably looking to share with people around the same age :)
I'm looking to move to the Gold Coast and get settled in a nice environment before I begin my degree next year at Griffith University. I know when personal space is needed but I would love to be friends with my roomies! Communication is key. I'm not a clean freak but I'm not a slob either - I understand communal spaces need to work for everyone. I enjoy some casual drinks but not looking for a constant party house as I'll be studying. Just looking for some trustworthy and honest humans to live with :) I don't have pets but I am more than happy to live with them. I'm a bit of a plant mum and I love a cup of tea or coffee. Enthusiastic card player and pretty chilled out about most things. You don't need to provide anything for me except reasonably safe parking and good vibes.
Hello, I am Eric, french background living in Oz for other 14years. I work as a bartender but I dont drink much when am back home. I work at topgolf and the casino in broadbeach so a place somewhere between those 2 locations would be ideal. I am also starting up a my own company (Sustain Oz) so I do spend a fair bit of time on my computers to get it going. Been living in the same house for the last 5 years, but had to leave as house has been sold to another person. I can bring a fridge if needed too. I own a trailer so if there if a spot for it would be perfect otherwise it will go to storage. I also have a heap of plants in pots I am nurturing before they go to my fathers place up the sunny coast to be planted in the ground once strong. They are kept on a couple of plastic pallets off the ground to keep things neat. So a space for them is required outside. Send me a message if this sounds like a match or if you have other questions. Cheers
Easy going girl with a timid goofball dog that is an excellent guard dog. Looking for a quiet place to call home, Jessie is good with most other animals so happy to team up with someone that has pets. Jessie is mostly an outside dog and sleeps inside at night. I’m friendly but mostly keep to myself, like watching Netflix and chilling. Enjoy the occasion drink and chat. Not a huge partner.
