I’m currently living in a share house, so my move-out date is flexible. I just need to give at least 2 weeks’ notice, and my bond will be returned once I’ve fully moved out.

I’m currently looking for a room or granny flat to rent and can provide rental references if needed.

• I own a car detailing business servicing the Logan & Gold Coast region 🚗✨
• I’ve also recently signed up for DoorDash
• I’m usually out during the day and home most evenings
• I receive a fortnightly payment, which I budget toward rent (this may increase depending on rent)
• I have my Ps and my own car, so I’ll need driveway or street parking

• I’m a bit of a night owl 🌙 (I usually sleep with the TV on, but I’m mindful of noise)
• I enjoy a balance of quiet nights in and social time
• I’m clean and tidy — I always do my dishes and keep shared spaces organised 🧹
• My friends would describe me as nerdy, goofy, energetic, level-headed, responsible, respectful, kind, caring, and thoughtful 😄✨

What I’m looking for:

• A drama-free, respectful home environment
• Somewhere my boyfriend can stay occasionally (1–2 nights per week) 💕
• Friendly housemates — occasional shared dinners or chats would be a bonus
• A clean and tidy household (happy to be part of a cleaning roster if needed)
• Air conditioning and a furnished bedroom preferred
• Own bathroom, or shared with max 1 other person

A few preferences:

• Dog lover 🐶 (I grew up with dogs and love animals)
• I vape, but don’t smoke cigarettes or drink heavily (always outside/off property)
• I value privacy and respect others’ space as well
• Not suited to consistently messy households ❌
