I’m currently living in a sharehouse, so my move-out date is flexible. I have to give at least 2 weeks notice and won't receive my bond back until I'm completely moved out.

I’m looking for a room or a granny flat to rent, and I’m happy to provide rental references if needed.

About My Lifestyle:
• I own a car detailing business servicing the Logan & Gold Coast region 🚗✨
• I've also signed up to be a doordasher
• I’m usually out during the day and home most evenings
• I also receive benefits fortnightly, which is how I budget rent (depending on rent, this could increase)
• I have my P’s and my own car, so I’ll need a driveway or street parking

• Air conditioning and Furniture available in the bedroom

• Dog Lover 🐶 (grew up with them, love most animals)
• I vape, but do not smoke cigarettes or drink heavily (happy to do outside/off the property)
