My names Rhys. I'm a 27 year old male who works full time in film production. I'm starting a new role on a feature film on the Gold Coast at the beginning of August through to the end of September and I'm looking for some accommodation. I'll be working 10+ hour days so I'll be very chill when I am home. I'm very clean and tidy around the house. I'm generally social and friendly but also like to keep to myself and love some me time.
We are tidy, respectful and will clean up after ourselves. We are quite private people however we can most definitely be very sociable at other times. We enjoy being out in nature, binge watching TV Shows/Movies, listening to music, having a quiet drink. We are quirky, fun and also very mature for our ages. I am currently unemployed however receive Centrelink due to medical issues and plan to continue my part-time online studies. We are both studying through Southern Cross Uni - I am studying Business (Management) and Jarryd is studying Information Technology on-campus. My partner and I have been together for over a year and a half so it would be ideal to find somewhere to live together.
Thankfully I have found an I deal lodging for myself... I would like Thank everyone who has messaged me about accommodation u r all legends... Clean and tidy person. I mainly keep to myself, not a party animal. I don't like to intrude onto others personal space. I am easy going and super respectful. I like sport and spend most of my time at university. Looking to move in as soon as possible.

I'm a super friendly, outgoing Peruvian girl that just moved to the gold coast. I’ll be studying Hospitality at Griffith University, and I’m looking forward to getting to know the place. I respect privacy, and appreciate it when people do the same for me. I’m keen for chatting and watching movies, and always down for a night out and having a good time. Looking forward to meeting lots of people and making the most of my time living in Australia!
Hello folks My name is Scott and have been doing the flatmate living arrangement since leaving hometown WA five years ago. Since then have been traveling Australia and a little overseas while working in hospitality based in Adelaide. Now what better place to be on the coast with an inspired career change to attend Griffith University for International Tourism. Essential for me is living with no smokers please, and preferably no cats am slightly allergic. I also work part-time as a research assistant. If you have a place please message me.
Hey, I'm 25, male, studying full time at Griffith GC to become a paramedic. I'm super easy going, clean, mostly just looking for a relaxed and chill house to keep up with study. I keep to myself, but I'm a pretty friendly guy and don't mind a chat, and would be keen to hang out, maybe watch some movies or have a couple of drinks occasionally. Not currently working but hoping to pick up some casual/part-time work in the next few weeks.
I'm 20 years old, going to be studying Criminology and Criminal Law at Griffith University. I have lived in Ottawa, Canada my entire life and I have never been to Australia (yet). I love keeping an active lifestyle, playing lots of sports (ultimate frisbee, soccer/football, and tennis are my favourites), hiking, and exploring the outdoors. I have a passion for travelling and will likely be doing lots of that while I am living in Australia. I am understanding of when people need their quiet time, but I also love socializing and getting to know new people. I pull my weight in keeping the place clean and I don't like leaving messes behind. Little bit of mutual respect goes a long way. (My dog, as cute as she is, won't be coming with me)
Hey. Im both friendly but sometimes can be a lil shy and reserve too. Looking for a studio/granny flat or a room with own bathroom&toilet to stay for as long as my study going on. Im Malaysian Muslim and love cycling over the weekend, and join crossfit to kill my time + my fat too. Looking for a place nearby public transportation that ease me to go to uni. Or better, close to griffith university. I cook daily, and I usually stays up late studying. Dont judge, I am one of the nicest people on earth ;-) Thanks.

Moving up North from Melbourne. Looking for a place to live. Not looking for a party house. Easy going and clean up after myself. Keep a healthy lifestyle and love a glass of wine every now and again. Love dogs.
I'm easy going and respect the privacy of my housemates. I will be studying at Griffith and working part time as a bartender so I won't be spending very much time at home. Also a garage space is fairly important as I own a motorbike and don't want to park it out on the street.
I am a recently separated father of 2 kids that I have every second week (No dramas with the separation at all). I run an air conditioning company that sees me out the door nearly every morning before 7am and back at about 5ish even when I have the kids. They also play sports and have lots of activities that keeps us out of the house. We are low key, love chilling out on netflix and I can definitely cook. Very clean, ex serviceman so I know how to keep a place clean. Thats us in a nutshell!!!
Hi everyone We are looking for a neat ,tidy and quiet place for a couple. It can be share flat or share house but we need our private bathroom or ensuit bedroom . We are studying master degree and also working at our freetime . We are a friendly and easy going . :)
Hey, I'm currently studying music at Griffith University Gold Coast and I'm looking for accommodation somewhere close to public transport and close to uni. I'm currently living in Brisbane, and would love to have a much smaller commute time everyday. I love to have a good chat, but I also really like my own personal space, so I keep to myself quite a bit.
Hi, young Samoan working full time as a Customer Service Advisor, living in Brisbane but working on the Gold Coast. Super chilled, easy to get along with. Love to laugh, always tidy and respectful of other housemates. Outgoing and love to dance. In saying that, I do like to go out a lot with friends but will not have house parties or come home loud. I am looking to have a private room with a private bathroom. A maximum of 2 flatmates including myself.
I work full time and am a very tidy person. I keep to myself but am also easy to get along with and a rather funny person if i do say so myself. I have a 3 year old dog Ari who is always by my side and does everything with me so will need to be allowed inside, he is quite a character and you will probably like him more than you like me to be honest and he is very well behaved. i also have a cat Subi that keeps to herself unless she is cold or hungry. I play football on the weekends and train during the week. In my spare time I usually like to relax or go out and spend time with my friends. i work 8am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and have football training Mondays and Thursdays after work for 1 hour. I do like to have a drink but not much of a party person and i am a light smoker.
I am a clean and neat person, I love animals, I keep to myself but am also a very social person. I currently go to high school and am in my final year, I also study a diploma of business out side of school and work in fast food. Sometimes in a week I will work upto 30 hours meaning I might not be home that much. I love to have an occasional social drink but when I do most of the time I will go out. I enjoy playing sport, skateboarding and listening to music. I also have a car so it makes transportation a little bit easier. I am hoping to find a place to call home and to be around people that are interested some what in the same things.
I'm tidy and like to keep my room tidy, I will always clean up after myself and of course I can take care of my own food and supplies so there won't be any inconveniences or mix-ups as far as I can help it. I'm respectful to others and am pretty flexible with all kinds of people.
Hey everyone! We are looking for people to team up with! Two relatively normal well adjusted people....relatively..lol and one co-dependant constantly hungry cat...with a minor attitude problem... Respectful and considerate, no kids, no dramas, not a party house... The lease we currently have expires next month and getting out of Coomera and closer to work is the intention..so we'll be looking for new places soon and a new roomie for a bigger house..around Parkwood, Arundel, Runaway bay, Biggera waters etc. We're social but not in your face too much....respecters of space and privacy....not a couple, David has non live in GF who is over a couple of times a week... We don't have huge amounts of stuff, not enough to fill a big house anyway... plenty of room for your stuff which is probably cooler than our stuff anyways....lol all the things anyone would need we have obviously, appliances and all that. one of us is a geek and the other a bit of a health nut...so whatever you're into we are cruisy people.. We're looking for a 4 - 6 bedroom place in the above suburbs and need one or possibly two like minded people who have their shit together to share with us.... hence the bigger place so everyone has some room and a couple of living spaces and the advantages of a proper house for the same price as a pokey little unit ...all the other nitty gritty stuff we can talk about... currently we just pool bill and rent money and pay the bills weekly and stay ahead...will want to get lawns mowed as well as the usual elect, gas, water and fast interwebs... Older flatmates are fine with us! Smokers are ok..outside of course...
My current lease finishes on June 30 and I'm not renewing it. PLEASE READ MY POST BEFORE REPLYING. I HAVE HAD REPLIES FROM OTHERS WITH ALTERNATE AGENDAS AND I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT THEY ARE NOT OF INTEREST TO ME. I WILL KNOW IF MY POST HASN'T BEEN READ. So as not to complicate things, I just want to share a lease with one other similarly interested person. I'm young at heart, so no one should be too put off with sharing with an 'oldie' such as myself, but mature-aged would suit better. And someone looking for something permanent, as opposed to a short time-frame..... Trawling through everyone else's profiles is proving to be too much Russian roulette, as most are Early Bird and young! I have just discovered today why most posters are listed as Early Bird.... I am sociable but at the same time I value my privacy very much, and my quiet time. I love animals and have a fat old fluffy cat. I'm ONLY interested in sharing with ONE other and I need a place with a lock up garage, according to my comprehensive insurance conditions. I love markets and garage sales, I really enjoy attending auctions too. I love a quiet read too and travel. I enjoy a laugh and do enjoy making others laugh. I pick up occasional work as a bond cleaner or teacher aide for now, as I am in a temporary lease share situation that isn't my ideal, so I want to get settled before I can start full time work, and not upset the rhythm of life any more than I already have for myself...and new workplace.
Ok, im a very open minded 35yo female. My maximum rent affordability is 250/wk, but I'd prefer to be paying under $200 if sharing and that's inclusive of bills. Obviously less is better. Im pretty easy to get along with, I'm tidy and i always pay my bills on time. There's no point having lots of pretty stuff if you have nowhere to put it, so my rent has always been priority. I tend to keep to myself, although i don't mind the odd social occasion, friends over etc. I do smoke, but outside is no problem. Ive been trying to quit for years. My only real requirement is that i be close to public transport.
