Looking for a Room in Perth City – Mid-September Move-In

Hi, I’m Celine from China, a 25-year-old woman arriving on a Working Holiday (462) visa. I’m looking for a quiet, clean place to settle in Perth.

I studied public health and later worked in the creative industries. I don’t smoke or drink, live quietly and neatly, and maintain a minimalist lifestyle. My daily routines include simple cooking, reading, cycling, and watching art films. I don’t have a car or pets, but I enjoy the company of animals and am patient with them.

Practical details:
– Budget: up to $300/week, preferably with bills included
– Bond: ideally two weeks’ rent
– Areas: Victoria Park, Mount Lawley, Como (flexible)
– Household: preferably no more than 4 people total
– Stay length: from 13 September, ideally until at least the end of October (option to extend)
– Payment: will secure the booking with a small deposit via PayPal and do a virtual inspection before travelling. The remaining bond and rent will be paid in person. Future payments will be made via my Australian bank account once it’s set up.
