***PLEASE do not contact me regarding rooms or share houses. I have pets*** Med student finishing 3rd and 4th year with 2 gorgeous golden retrievers. I am looking for a whole property for rent as I have my two pets - I require a house (not an apartment) with a secure fenced yard. If you have a suitable listing, please feel free to message me. My base clinical school is Westmead Hospital and I am happy to drive up to a distance of 30-35 mins each way from the rental.

I need the rental for 12 month period minimum , ideally longer if it is suitable and close to Westmead (no more than 40 mins drive).

Please note my dogs do not sleep outside, they are largely indoor pets and will go out to play/ potty etc. They are trained , friendly, not destructive of property.
