I'm needing a place now, has anyone got anything close to Cranbourne town area or within reasonable distance to the train station under $250 a week including bills. Can increase this slightly but don't want to. Can help run errands and extra hours work to negotiate a better price or to better my chances of finding a new home as soon as today/tomorrow.

I'm friendly and respectful. Keep my space tidy and happily share the maintaining of the house.

When I am home I'm not too loud and usually find me in my room, working on the computer or watching movies.

My bad traits are:
-If I do cook, it's usually at random times and I'm not a morning person.
-I have days where I won't say a word and other days I can be chatting to everyone. But most of all I easily fit in to all types of people and lifestyles.

I love animals and I enjoy being creative with arts and crafts.
