Lauren and Connor

Hi there! We’re a couple from Sydney looking for a team-up on the northern beaches. Flexible start date. Budget: $600-800 for a room + bathroom. We have our own stuff so could bring fridge, kitchen stuff, sofa, bookshelf, washing machine etc.

We met in Wanaka, NZ, 6 years ago and have lived together for 5 years in a few different spots in Sydney, but love the northern beaches and are keen to live back by the beach.

We’d ideally be looking for a couple in a similar stage to us, but also open to singles as well. We’d be an ideal fit if you’re looking for a couple who are chill, like the outdoors, reliable, neat and keep to their own spaces during the week but also love cooking and sharing a meal together. Not after a party house but still keen on a low key social night, having a bbq, and catching up over tea or a Friday arvo beers.

We’d be after a house with enough space to fit 4-5 people comfortably not too far from the beach and the within 30-40 mins of the city, so looking at Balgowlah, manly, freshwater areas.

Here’s a bit more about us;

Connor: Hi I’m Connor! I work full time in tech in the city, but in my free time you can find me surfing, diving, or fishing. Love being outdoors, picking up new skills and practicing my hobbies. Built a van together and love taking it away for the weekend, north coast, south coast and snowy mountains are our regular spots.

Lauren: Hi! I work full time in the city, in Finance, and travel fairly regularly for work. On a free weekend I love being at the beach, reading or painting. Love weekends away in the van, camping, hiking and spending time outdoors.
