Marni and Matt

Looking for another couple and/or housemate
My partner Matt and I are looking for another couple, and potentially one additional person, to share a 3-5 bedroom house with around Miami, Burleigh, Palm Beach or Currumbin.

A little about us: I am Marni, 26, and I work full time, splitting my week between the office and working from home. Matt is 24 and completing the final semester of his Master of Architecture. We are both active, social and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. We are also open to moving into an already established place, however we are looking for somewhere that offers a spare room or office for WFH days if possible.

We are not looking to create a party house, but we are definitely not opposed to casual drinks, dinners or having friends over from time to time.

We are flexible with timing and would ideally like to find a place within the next couple of months.
We are looking for friendly, like-minded people who:

• Have stable full-time employment
• Are clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces
• Respect each other’s privacy and personal space
• Are willing to contribute some household furniture and supplies

We already have around 80% of what we would need to set up the house.
