Maddie and Jonny

We are two 28 year olds, one working in HR and one an actuary by profession, and have over 9 years experience renting with housemates and in our own flats in London. We’ve always had good relationships with our landlords and flatmates (friends! :)) We currently both work in the CBD.

We are respectful, quiet, clean, tidy, and friendly! We love being outside, running or walking, live music, and socialising - be that picnics, the pub, or dinner parties.

We are happy to socialise with flatmates too, but equally understand not everyone wants that so can keep to ourselves. :)

Preferably Eastern suburbs within 10 min walk of a beach.
Flexible on length but ideally from November to the end of January minimum.
