My name is Rodney, and I am looking for a quiet, stable home to rent for the long term.

I am a very private, respectful person who values a peaceful living environment. I am an INFJ, which means I'm naturally quiet and considerate of others' space and routines. I do not smoke, drink, or party, and I'm committed to being a clean and tidy tenant.

My Professional Life:
I have over 8 years of experience building and repairing desktop computers, and I am currently working to get back on my feet professionally. My past career required a meticulous eye for detail and a high level of responsibility, qualities I bring to every aspect of my life.

My Background and My Rental History:
For 17 years, from 2005 to 2022, I was the full-time carer for my father. This is why my name may not appear on a rental history ledger during that period, as the properties were rented in his name with us both contributing to the rent equally. This experience taught me a great deal about responsibility and dedication. Especially in keeping a positive, happy, tidy and cohesive environment for everyone.

After my father's passing, I have been focused on rebuilding my life. I am financially stable and have a perfect rental payment history since June 2023. I have always paid my rent on time and can provide bank statements to prove these consistent payments.

What I'm Looking For:
I am searching for a long-term rental in a quiet and stable area. My main goal is to find a place where I can settle in, relax, and focus on rebuilding my life in a peaceful environment.
I am happy anywhere in the Brisbane area, but I also lived for over 10 years in the Newcastle area, including Maryland, Wallsend, and Edgeworth, and I would be more than happy to move back for the right opportunity.
