Hi, my name is Botir. I am a PhD student at the University of Tasmania.

I am looking for a clean and quiet room near Sandy Bay, UTAS, Hobart CBD, or anywhere around Hobart. I am also happy to consider nearby suburbs if the location is suitable and there is access to public transport.

I am tidy, respectful, organised, and easy-going. I usually focus on my study and research, and I respect other people’s privacy.

I am looking for one room for myself. I am happy to live in a share house with singles or couples, as long as everyone is respectful and the house is clean and peaceful.
