I have recently graduated and am moving from Sydney to Hobart at the end of February for full-time engineering work. I am easy going, but also organised when it comes to payments and keeping things clean etc, so I am searching for flatmates with similar qualities. In my free time I enjoy playing soccer, exploring the surroundings, listening to music and reading. I like to chat and socialise, but respect everyone's personal space and privacy. As I will be working full-time, I am not looking for a loud and rowdy party house, just a relaxing place to wind down.
I am a yoga teacher and youth mental health advocate in my early-twenties, who is ferociously passionate about good company + a decent cup of tea. I teach and practice yoga, in both local studios and schools. I am also an avid hiker, camper, traveller and adventurer at heart. I love exploring our incredible backyard and I am very proud to call Tassie home. People are my passion and I love great chats, but I am also deeply respectful and appreciative of downtime and one’s own space (everyone needs a lil hermit time to recharge). I am also clean, considerate, organized, responsible and very easy going. I have a huge heart and I do pretty much anything to make people feel valued + loved. I look forward to connecting with you! ox
After living in busy Sydney for the past 4 years, I have now taken an internal transfer with my company so that I can also go back to school. I will be working at a hotel in Hobart CBD and will be attending the University of Tasmania from February. I love reading and vino, and every now and then you will find me doing a cook-off with netflix and more vino! I will be at work and school most of the time so am looking for a home that will act as a sanctuary. I am friendly and sociable but prefer small and infrequent gatherings and am looking for a flatmate who will respect this. Please free to message me if you have any further questions :)
Hi! I'm a Brit who is moving to Hobart in mid-Feb to work as a research scientist. I'm looking for a place to stay from mid-March, ideally. I'm really relaxed and respectful and am looking for like-minded housemates who are up for socialising around and out of the house, but who also understand that people need their own space at times. I'm hoping to live somewhere that has a really friendly atmosphere - I'm looking to make friends, not just for housemates who only say the bare minimum to each other. I love the outdoors and would love people to show me their favourite hikes, climbs, bike rides and beaches. But also I enjoy city life - visiting art galleries, going out for beers and to gigs for the odd dance. I'm looking for a room (furnished or unfurnished) that is big enough to fit a double bed and is within a ~20 minute cycle (or 30 min walk) of Salamanca Market. Let me know if you think I'd be interested in your room. I'm also potentially up for teamups.
Everyone has good and bad side. I am not an exceptional. But always try not to bother my mates. I am from Sydney. Love outdoor activities than indoors. If you are after money then I am not your right choice. Cheers !
Hi! I'm moving to Hobart from Launceston to study a Bachelor of Arts at UTAS. I'm clean, quiet, and reliable, and have been told that I'm mature for my age. I have a passion for craft and textile art, and I often spend my time reading and sewing. I'm a bit of an introvert, so I appreciate a quiet house and personal space! However, I'm always down for a cup of tea/ coffee or a chat (-:
I've just finished year 12 and am moving to Hobart area to start studying languages at UTAS this year. I can cook and clean and am a tidy person. My interests are music and the arts as well as worldly culture.
Hello! My brother (right) and I are currently looking for a place to rent. We would love either fill in 2 rooms in the same house or team up with a couple people and start a share-house. I just graduated from UTAS and will be looking for a full-time job. I'm friendly, respectful and very passionate about animals and the environment, so I try to be as conscious as I can with my habits. I'm a clean and tidy individual, and would really appreciate housemates who are as considerate. My brother is studying at Hobart College. He's laid back, loves music, video games and a range of sports. Together, we'd like to think we'd make fun and caring housemates! If you have a couple empty rooms in your home to offer, or would like to team up with us and look for a house together, please don't hesitate to contact me. Cheers! (:
We just arrived to Australia to start our new life here.we are both civil engineer and are looking for a place to stay temporary to find a job
Hello potential future housemates! I'm a 19 year old student currently enrolled to study in a Bachelor of Education online this year. I play and coach AFL, regularly run and rock climb. In my spare time I enjoy camping, bushwalking, swimming and hanging out with friends. You won't see a huge amount of me as when I'm at home I will be studying the majority of the time. I work at a trampoline park so fit everything around that. I have a one year old cat named Nala but it is optional for her to come with me if the right place comes along that she is not allowed at. I have to move out within the next 2 weeks. Excited to hear from you!
I’m Ash! I’m 30, love and live for hiking, photography and making videos of my travels. I’m 110% respectful of my surroundings and people. I’m clean, tidy and conscious of others and their schedules. I enjoy a good banter, cooked meals and down time. I exercise daily and love to build a community of wonderful friends.
Hello future flatmates! We're looking for another roommate or a couple to join us in a beautiful house we have found. I (Lizy) am from Greece, and grew up in Canada. I moved to Hobart 3 years ago when i started my PhD in resource economics. I am hoping to stay in Hobart for a while yet. Lance is from Tassie, mixed with a bit of England. He has lived here nearly his whole life. We met in Tassie and are looking to move in together, and would love some roommates to get a nice big house and to keep the rent down :). We are both on the neat-freak side, really like common spaces to be kept very clean, and love to have people over for a game night every now and then. I tend to be away at work most of the time in the day, but love to have a nice place to come home to. Some words to describe us ('cause we're complete fucking nerds): Lance is trustworthy, caring, sly, and gentle. Lizy is exuberant, gregarious, conscientious, and fair. Cheers!

Hey! I am a 23 year old Tasmanian Utas student entering my 4th year of a double degree in Arts (Sociology) and Science (Zoology and Plant Science) . I also work 2 jobs in retail and hospitality. I am hoping to find a relatively cheap sharehouse close to uni with some friendly housemates! I am both introverted and extroverted so I would idealy love a share house where I can get along well and make friends with my house mates but I also don't mind keeping to myself! My hobbies include drawing, reading, gardening, cooking, bushwalks, and soccer. I enjoy a pint at the pub every now and then and would never pass up on some decent pub trivia! I am very open minded and accepting. I have previous experience with sharehouses and the responsibilities involved. I'm not one to start conflict and am generally a super chill and laid back type of person! Look forward to meeting you!
