I have a major mental health & socialising need with pet dislikes = I do not and cannot handle people who are bullies, aggressive for no reason, rude, or talk out about others behind their backs. Or who are overbearing & opinionated on subjects or people's alleged actions or characters unevidenced.

Goes against the few principles I adhere to. I'm not perfect either 😆 LOL.

Trouble makers and shit talkers are my biggest dislike of all - whatever - can I say.

INTERESTS:

I find some free space and time to exercise and relax riding my quality accessorised and high performance E-bike. I am well entertained watching NRL games or on outings dining at restaurants, new shopping & site visit adventures.

I love a good morning beach visit and stroll when I can find the time.

HOME NEEDS & VALUES:

At home I value privacy, cleanliness, and mutual quiet enjoyment, social & business mutual interactions. I value self image, respect of self & others.

I require a within listed weekly budget a own self contained flat, townhouse, granny flat or flatmate share accommodation offer / arrangement.

A clean, quiet, privacy respectful, rental offer acceptance with one largish own bedroom then shared facilities the minimum needs.

I am easy going and can consider a genuine offer to share with like minded and principled others up to 2/3 others max.

Seperating from our loved family member, she has acquired cheaper lodgings as current rental has recently be sold and new buyer has issued notice to vacate - only - 27 days - to relocate - 10.09.2025 - 07.10.2025, to new rental.
