Trouble makers and shit talkers are my biggest dislike of all - whatever - can I say.
INTERESTS:
I find some free space and time to exercise and relax riding my quality accessorised and high performance E-bike. I am well entertained watching NRL games or on outings dining at restaurants, new shopping & site visit adventures.
I love a good morning beach visit and stroll when I can find the time.

At home I value privacy, cleanliness, and mutual quiet enjoyment, social & business mutual interactions. I value self image, respect of self & others.
I require a within listed weekly budget a own self contained flat, townhouse, granny flat or flatmate share accommodation offer / arrangement.
A clean, quiet, privacy respectful, rental offer acceptance with one largish own bedroom then shared facilities the minimum needs.
