Looking for Housemates – 2 Girls Seeking a Home Near UWA

Hi everyone! 👋 We are two 22-year-old girls (one studying a postgraduate degree at UWA, the other working full-time) and are looking for like-minded housemates to team up with for a lease starting in February 2026.
    •    Budget: $200–$250 per week each (including bills)
    •    Lease: 6–12 months
    •    Location: Preferably close to UWA, Nedlands, Crawley, Subiaco, Shenton Park, Claremont, or nearby suburbs

    •    We’re easy-going, tidy, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces
    •    Non-smokers, not into heavy partying, and value privacy and quiet time
    •    Social but also appreciate downtime – we like a calm, friendly home environment
    •    Interests: cooking, baking, Pilates, going for runs/walks, beach trips, gym, catching up with friends, trying new cafes, and enjoying a good chat or movie night
