Hi everyone! 👋 We are two 22-year-old girls (one studying a postgraduate degree at UWA, and are looking for housemates to team up with for a lease starting in February 2026
- Budget: $200–$250 per week each (excl bills)
- Lease: 12 months
- Location: Preferably South Perth, Nedlands, Crawley, Subiaco, Shenton Park, Claremont, or nearby suburbs

- Josie will be working full time (will be wfh most days)

Ri
- Starting postgraduate degree next year (Juris Doctor)
- Hobbies include gym, hiking, baking
- Always down to go to a concert/ festival
