Gaurav Singh and Arpita Dhar

Hi, we’re Arpita and Gaurav.

We both completed our Master’s degrees in Information Technology from Griffith University in July 2025. Arpita is originally from Bangladesh and has just started her career as a Project Leader at Odoo Australia. During her studies, she also worked in hospitality and was appointed as a Student Tutor at Griffith earlier this year.

Gaurav is from India and currently works at Pay Advantage in Tallebudgera Creek as a developer. He brings over 7 years of professional IT experience from India before moving to Australia.

We’re both full-time professionals who value a safe, quiet, and comfortable home. We don’t party, enjoy living in a clean and tidy space, and would take great care of the property we rent.
