I’m in my early 30s and work full time Monday to Friday. I’m looking for a long term single room in a tidy and friendly place around the Eastern Suburbs, with a budget around $400–$420 per week

I like to keep a balanced lifestyle running, gym and Pilates are part of my week. I enjoy sharing a glass of wine and good chats, but also value some quiet time to recharge. I’m clean, organised and looking for a cozy, peaceful home (no party vibes). I love dinners with friends, weekend trips and going to bed early. Proud plant mum to a few lovely indoor babies 🌱 so I’m looking for a place where they can come along too!
