My name is Minhee Lee and I'm arriving in Melbourne on September 23.
I just applied for this rental property for me.

I’m fully aware of how competitive the rental market is, so I wanted to introduce myself in a bit more of a personal way so that you can really get to know the people you’re renting out to. I really need a place to live very soon, so I want to introduce myself properly.

I understand how hard it can be to find reliable tenants and want to make it easier for you. I want you to have full peace of mind when it comes to renting out your valuable property.

First off, my name is Minhee Lee. I’m a South Korean citizen. I previously worked as an office assistant at one of the most prestigious finance companies in Asia. I also have a lot of experience in customer service, such as working as a barista.

My incomes are very steady and I have more than enough to pay the rent and bills. I’m always on time with our rent and bills and will never have late payments.

I have no pets and no children. I’m incredibly clean and organized individuals and will be respectful of the property. Also, I never wear shoes in the house. I’m very handy and can help fix any issues that arise in the apartment.
