Jacob and Daemon

Hey, Daemon and I are best mates that are looking for a team up for a new place. We are in the process of finding a new lease and are thinking a 4 bedroom place would be ideal so we are after two extra people to join. We understand that a place needs some feminine energy and a women’s touch so we are trying to find the right balance in 2 females to join.
Ideally we are looking in the palm beach/ Burleigh/ Currumbin area and we are hoping we will have a bit of space for daemos Great Dane Luna. So obviously you need to be a dog person and unfortunately will not be able to have any other dogs. But that’s ok cause the big girl has enough love to go round!

Myself and daemon both enjoy a tidy and stylish space and will happily provide most furniture in the common areas. We like to keep things clean and tidy. It won’t be a party house but we want to make a comfortable, friendly and social environment for us all to hangout whether it’s together or you’re just up for some downtime on our own.

We both enjoy all things outdoors- surfing, beach days, hiking, camping, sunrises and sunsets and also planning to get a boat this year for more fun and adventures!
I’m super into my health and fitness and that includes exercise and a bitta work in the kitchen. I also prefer to do something fun for cardio so activities are always on the cards. We both like a bit of culture in the house so family dinners or games nights are always something we’ve done and would love to keep the tradition going.
Would love to find some like minded people to join and to hopefully make a fun little share house family.
