I’m a 24 y/o full time behaviour clinician and full time masters student. I work in Wollongong but work from home half the week. Most weekends I will either be having a nice sleep in or I’m out socialising so I don’t linger around a lot. I am very clean, tidy and organised but I cannot cook so I’m happy to do the dishes for the right chef 🧑‍🍳! I don’t really smoke/drink but have friends who may on the odd occasion they come around. I love routine but also very spontaneous 😎 particularly like to vacation overseas when I can! Will respect not having guests over if that’s the vibe of the place too!
I generally like to keep my rent paid at least a month ahead so you won’t ever have to worry about bills when partnered with me! I’m pretty up front and don’t care what you do & very community minded so always happy to help you out. I am flexible with my amount of time as well for renting!
Would love a place that considers pets as I have 2 small dogs but not a non negotiable as they currently live with family.
