My cousin, 2 dogs & I will be looking for 1 female housemate to join us in our search for a place to call home! We are seeking mainly the Leppington area due to quality/affordability but also would like to look around the St George area!
I’m a 24 y/o full time behaviour clinician and full time masters student. I work in Wollongong but work from home half the week. Most weekends I will be working or I’m out socialising so I don’t linger around a lot. My cousin & I are very clean, tidy and organised - We are also smoker and drug friendly (recreationally)! We have friends who may come around and we are not fussed at all if you have people over at any time of day/night.
A bit more about me: I love routine but also very spontaneous 😎 particularly like to vacation overseas when I can! I love a night out to dance but I generally spend most weekends chilling with the dogs if I am not working.
I generally like to keep my rent paid at least a month ahead so you won’t ever have to worry about bills when partnered with me! I’m pretty up front and don’t care what you do & both my cousin & I are very community minded so always happy to help you out. We are not a loud household but I don’t believe in walking on eggshells in your home so we want everyone to be comfortable!
We would love someone who is independent but happy to have a chat and chill with us whenever. We are both super busy and the dogs love a cuddle so someone who treats them like family is a must! Bonus points if you come from another country and can take me there or teach me the language!!
