Howdy. Small business owner in Newport and Scarborough looking for a room for at least 6 months while I look to buy.
Pretty laid back, though prefer a quiet place. Fully domesticated human, I know my way around a vacuum, mop, brush, etc (and mower if that’s needed).

Spend most of the week at work, with days off punctuated with getting ready for the next week. Downtime you’ll probably find me listening to something with noise cancelling headphones.

I work with dogs, so no worries if you have pets. I do not have pets of my own with me.

Definitely require off-street parking for a work trailer. Or at least somewhere fairly secure I can store the trailer.

Would prefer own bathroom if only to avoid doing the whole courtesy knock on the door 😅
