Derrick Mugenyi

I'm a visual artist and also a student, so my life is a pretty cool mix of studying and creating. That means my schedule can be a bit flexible - sometimes I'll be buried in books, and other times you'll find me painting or working on a digital project in my room. I'm pretty focused when I'm in the zone, but I'm always up for a chat over a coffee.

For fun, I love my music ,sports , checking out galleries and markets for inspiration, finding a good spot to sketch, or just hanging out with friends. I'm also a big fan of a relaxed movie night or cooking a meal together.

I'm originally from Uganda Kampala, so I'm still exploring everything Australia has to offer!

I'm looking for a place that feels like a home, not just a house. Ideally, with flatmates who are easy-going, respectful of shared spaces, and cool with occasionally sharing a meal or a chat, but also value their own space. I'm clean, considerate, and will definitely do my fair share around the house.
