I do a lot of sports like running, calisthenics or gym but also enjoy teamsports like football e.g.
Always try to challange myself to get better.

My hobby combines that active lifestyle with making videos for social media to motivate others and documenting my life.

Besides that I really love good food, cooking at home or eating outside doens´t matter.
Also like to have good conversations and because I´m a positive person I enjoy to laugh and joking around sometimes.
