Hello all, I have just finished my Masters and Looking for a place close to CBD or anywhere nearby, budget up to $300/week, moving in the first week of August.
I am working part-time as a student and will be working full time after my graduation this year.
I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, quiet on weeknights, and easy to get along with — happy to chat over a coffee or call before locking anything and I keep my mess (and noise) to a minimum.
I’m also looking for housemates who can genuinely get along, a bit social, and happy to help each other out when needed. Good vibes in the house matter a lot to me!
