Our preferred suburbs are Hamilton, Mayfield, Charlestown, Waratah, Adamstown, and surrounding areas. Our budget is up to $550 per week.
We are a quiet, respectful, and reliable family with stable income and can provide references if required. We are looking for a long-term home and are flexible with our move-in date. We can move within the next 1–2 months, so we are happy to consider properties that are currently occupied if there is a confirmed availability date.
