Woobin

Hi, I’m Woobin, a 28-year-old Korean on a Working Holiday visa.

I’ll be arriving in Australia on March 18 and planning to move in
on March 19. I’m currently in Korea, so I’m looking to secure a room
in advance and would be happy to do a video call for an inspection.

I plan to find work shortly after arriving in Perth and will keep a
steady daily routine. I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and used to sharing
a house. I always clean up after myself and take good care of shared
areas.

I’m a non-smoker, rarely drink, and I’m not a party person.
I’m friendly and easy-going, happy to chat sometimes,
but I also respect personal space and quiet time.

I’m looking for a long-term stay (3–6 months or more) if it’s a good fit.
I can provide ID and any other details if needed.
