Hello!
My name is Maxwell, I’m 21 years old and currently working out of the Royal Hobart Hospital as a Business trainee/Receptionist.
I value respect, responsibility and cleanliness in the places I live. My Hobbies include Reading, Dungeons and dragons, Baking and a variety of arts and crafts.
I’m looking for a place with a warm, comfortable vibe with the opportunity to make friends while also having a mutual respect for each other’s space. While I can be shy at first once I open up, I love having a chat and a laugh. I really value community and want a home where everyone is safe and respected so I’m only looking for a house that is LGBT+ friendly.
I would be happy to contribute to a chore chart, any shared groceries and upkeep of the house. I am someone who values clear and straight-forward communication in regards to expectations and frankly anything else.
