I am an occasional smoker, I don't mind the odd gin on a summers day and I appreciate coming home to a super relaxed yet tidy space, I find it the ultimate comfort after a long day at work or being out. I would be happy for a smaller flat share, studio or granny flat. I have flat shared many times before both in Sydney and overseas. I am extremely respectful of others space, yet would be up for a conversation or to share the occasional house meal :)
