26F postgrad medicine student who spends most of my time studying or working part-time. I require just a room with aircon, a desk, and wifi, where I can focus on my studies. A/C is a must as I am very sensitive to hot weather.

I’m kinda introverted and my previous landlord said I’m so quiet you won’t even know if I’m in my room or not haha. I don't have pets or kids, I'm a non-smoker and non-drinker. I’m a little bit of a clean freak and I am okay with a shared bathroom or study space!

For cooking I only do simple meals (instant noodles or rice cooker) and very occasionally do a steak without oil. Nothing too messy or smelly.

I would LOVE if anyone has pets in the house! I could take care of them for you :) would especially love if there are cats!! I used to do cat & kitten rescue and rehoming.

Extras: I’m a practising RN so if anyone needs nursing I can help you for free if you’re nice.

Locations I’ll consider: Woolloongabba, especially walking distance to PA Hospital or Buranda Station. Surroundings of unilodge park central.

My current lease is till 1 Dec 2026. Happy to stay long term till Dec 2029 if no issues.
