We are Marvel fans who enjoy watching Netflix, going to the gym and eating out. Winton is happy to clean the toilets! I am happy to wash the dishes. We would be keen to find a place that is close to UQ and PA hospital. We're both from Sydney and coming up to BrisVegas for work and study.
My name is Roberto, I am 19 (turning 20 this November). This yeah I will begin to study engineering at the University of Queensland, therefore I am looking for a room near St Lucia to stay (preferably no more than $180 per week and with unlimited internet included). I moved from Italy 3 years ago and I graduated with an OP 3 in 2015. I am good to organize things in time, listen to the duties that are charged on me. Polite, reliable and kind with people around me. I don’t smoke and I am not a party guy and I prefer to live with people who don’t mess up the house with parties or drugs.
Hi. I am looking for a room around the south-west Brisbane area for myself and my dog. I am employed full time, reliable, tidy and I love to cook. I also have boxing classes most weekday nights so not usually home until around 6. I'm outgoing and like socialise and have a few drinks on the weekends. I do also like my own space and alone time. I have a 9 year old Maltese Shitzu, she is house trained and not very active but I do take her out for walks most nights during the week.
French international student in Brisbane for a year. Studying in UQ, I'm looking for a room for the next 5 months. Easy going and really friendly, I love spending time with my flatmates but enjoy my privacy as well. I have a well-balanced lifestyle enjoying every type of sports. I love cooking and also sharing drinks with friends. I'm clean and respectful.
Hi! My friend Alex and I are moving to Brisbane in February and are looking for a place to stay for our first month in the city. (If we like the place we're more than open to extending our stay as we'll be staying in Brisbane for a while.) Alex and I have been friends for almost 10 years - ever since we shared a room together in Greece during a summer when we worked as bartenders in one of the local clubs on Kos island! A lot has happened since then though, and today I'm an IT consultant at a web agency in Stockholm and Alex has a degree in engineering. I will keep working at my job remotely during my stay in Brisbane, so I'll be spending most of my evenings on my laptop communicating with Sweden, and therefore highly value a good internet connection! We both love to meet new people and hang out and socialise and we're looking forward to introducing Australia to the Swedish concept of "fika". We are also fun, caring and respectful individuals and we are looking to move in on the 3rd Feb. XX
Hi there, I am a german international student, coming to Brisbane for my final semester during my Master's degree. I am planning to have a really great time in Brisbane and therefore looking for a friendly and convenient place to live. As I will be traveling a lot during my time in Brisbane, I would really love to get your insights on which places one should definitely not miss to see in Australia. I am currently living in a shared flat in Frankfurt (Germany), so I know what it means to live in a shared home. I like to have a chat, hang around with friends and I am doing a lot of sports (Fitness, Soccer, Running, throwing some darts, hiking). I also like playing table games (every kind of games). Hope to find a nice place and/or nice roommates Best David
Hola! I am an international student from India. I belong to a punjabi family and I am going to pursue my masters degree from University of Queensland (UQ), Sant Lucia, Brisbane in feb,2017 so I am looking for an accommodation in my budget. I am very friendly and studious guy who loves to enjoy with friends in his free time. Also, I am a gregarious person and like to make new friends. Moreover, I am a big fan of american series and I am a sober guy. Feel free to contact me :) .
I'm from California and just graduated from UQ. I'm returning from holiday and would like a temporary place to stay near my work as I look for full time. I'm VERY clean, non smoker, rarely cook and keep to myself. Although I'm not completely anti-social. I enjoy girls nights in but also having a beer with the boys and watching tv. If you'd like to know more, just ask! :)
Hi, I'm a french guy recently arrived in Brisbane. I am working full time at the UQ as a researcher in physics. Looking for a cool place ideally between the university and the city center, furnished and with large bed. If no air cond, too bad, but I'll survive (I think)
We are looking for a large bedroom and some storage space, easy to live with , clean and quiet both of us love riding our bikes 🚴. Holly will away on placement to finish her Uni degree most of the time and I work full time but when we are around just like to relax and cook.
Clean and tidy, I have a clean as you go mentality. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates, and hope to find a place where you're not just people I share a house with but friends I share a home with. I do however spend a bit of time in my room and keep to myself so I'm not going to be in your face but happy to do dinners together (I can't cook, be prepared to eat raw unflavoured food, I apologise in advance) or casual drinks at home on the weekend. I'm a first year accounting student at QUT, so public transport nearby would be fantastic. I do have a car though, so I need undercover parking whether that be a garage or carport. I also have a border collie puppy so we need a pet friendly share house with a large fenced backyard (preferably tall fencing, as I think she's going to be an escape artist). It would actually be fantastic if there was another dog to share with too. A bit more about me... I'm Irish Filipino, grew up in PNG but have been in Brisbane for 18 years so technically I really grew up here! I go to the gym several times a week, I have been recovering from a few injuries lately so it's kept me at home. I'm the type of person that will push myself at the gym but later go home and eat an entire pizza.. I have no will power. If you eat clean, please show me your ways lol I'm single...I don't want to live with couples or single 40+year old men, nor families. Just like-minded people my age that are dog friendly would be amazing :)
Hi, my name is Laura and I am looking for a nice place to reside whilst I carry out my studies at UQ. I have a very friendly personality and I'm a pretty easy going person. I don't have any pets of my own but I am pet friendly. I enjoy movies and playing games, reading, cooking, and going out with friends. I also like staying in and relaxing for a quiet night.
Hows it goin, I'm Cory. I'm a Canadian from Vancouver studying kinesiology, and I'm doing an exchange at UQ for a term. Hobbies include drinkin beer, sports and music. Looking for a chill place to live in Bris from Mid feb to sometime in July. Preferably somewhere between UQ and the valley, I.e - Woolloongabba, Highgate Hill, etc.
I am a 22 year old female and will be commencing study at QUT. I love the outdoors and trying new things. Not much in to partying but love small gatherings and having a good time. I like a tidy space and will ensure I accommodate the needs of my housemates.
Moving to Brisbane to commence work at the Lady Cliento Childrens Hospital in Jan 2017. Spend most of my time horse riding, but enjoy most outdoor activities -particularly hiking and camping -have been hiking/camping around US national parks for past 6 months. Also enjoy quiet time -reading and netflixing.
I'm a conscientious housemate and full time student in my last year at UQ, studying film and writing. I've lived in share houses before. Looking for a comfortable room on the south side with a decent internet connection, not too far from a major supermarket or public transport to UQ, and ideally some other 20ish people to chat with or share a movie. I keep things clean and rent paid on time. Don't mind if you smoke, toke, or have pets (as long as you treat them well of course).
Cool guy from Perth living in Brisbane while studying at UQ. I'm pretty neat and tidy but am happy to cultivate whatever atmosphere you'd like around the house :)
I'm a 26 y.o. female looking for a nice, clean place to share! Preferably a modern 2 - 3 bed apartment / townhouse, with an ensuite of possible. I work full time on the southside, and also part-time at UQ, so am fairly busy but also like to make the time to be sociable. I'm an athlete in BB and weightlifting - so spend a fair amount of my time out training too :) I respect privacy and space but am also keen to get to know my flatmate & become friends - rather than living like strangers! :) Looking to move asap
I am really easygoing, happy to do my own thing but also friendly. I have been working overseas as a live-in nanny for two years so I'm used to being tidy and respectful of someone else's home. I love to travel, meet new people, watch musicals and go running. I will be commencing study at UQ in 2017, and would like to move to Brisbane by early February. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, I'm looking forward to meeting my new housemates :)
Not sure what to say here haha, but I guess I'll start with, I am a student working on becoming a Physiotherapist. I would consider myself to be a cheerful, honest and loyal person that is very easy to get along with. Have moved to Brisbane from a country town called Dalby nearly 3 years ago where I used to work at my parents motorbike shop for 10yrs. Moved here so I could be closer to workshops and my sponsors while I was racing cars and so I could blaze my own trail, so to speak. After a lot of unfortunate events and bad luck, I decided to give up on the race car dream and work on my other passion, being health and fitness. Hoping to one day be able to incorporate my personal training qualifications within the realm of Physio so that I can do something to help others and not myself, as I believe helping others is one of the primary keys to happiness. Anyway, that ought to be deep enough for now haha. :P So looking for a place that can accommodate a king size bed, a somewhat large study desk and some free weight gym equipment that I'm happy for all to use. My own bathroom would be nice, however, is not a requirement given the right house mate/s & price. The "right housemates" would also be of similar nature to myself, with a friendly and open minded nature. Cheers :)
Hey! We're a bunch of UQ undergrads and we've recently secured a 4 bedroom house in taringa for next year (and now we're just looking for a 4th housemate!). The house is a 5min walk to the train station (but no train noise), really close to indro shops and a 10 min bus ride to uni. We're not party animals as we're getting close to finishing our degrees (dentistry/engineering/IR), but we're always up for some sneaky drinks and we do like cool dog group, cooking, gymming and donald trump memes. Hit us up if you're interested - our lease starts early feb :)
Hello there, my name is Andy and I am looking for a place to stay near Griffith University's South Bank campus. I am a friendly Canadian who is tidy, organized, and loves to explore different places! If you think you can help me, send me a message! Thanks!

Hi I'm Nic! I'm moving from Canada to Brisbane to start my medical degree in early February. I have two previous degrees (BSc/MSc) in Biochemistry from my hometown university. I tend to keep to myself, especially in the peak of exams. I'm fairly laid back and looking for similarly minded roommates. I'm up for trying new things (I'm looking at you surfing). I like to run and lift weights (all hail the holy trifecta: bench, squat and deadlift) when I have spare time.
Hey, My name is Jasmine and I'm a 26 year old, fifth year law student. I'm pretty relaxed and out going which confuses people when I say that I study law full time and I work part time. I do study a lot but in my free time I play tennis, sing and play the cello, go to dance class, and hang out with friends. I'm looking to live in a responsible, clean and mature household with people who have similar interests to me, broadly speaking. It would be nice to live with other active people who wouldn't mind hanging out and conversing over a drink now and then. I'm not really a fan of pets or smoking and I am not a vegetarian. If this all sounds intriguing send me a message and we can go from there. Jasmine
I'm a pretty quiet individual, work a lot and like to relax when I'm not. Pretty simple as a housemate, tidy, like to keep to myself but always happy to socialise over a drink or a meal - I cook a mean pasta dish. Oh and I collect Star Wars Lego :)
I'm a full time student (studying IT at QUT gardens point) - i'm very quiet and easy to live with, i mostly keep to my bedroom and rarely have guests, but i'm home most of the time and i'm pretty easy to talk to. I will do my own shopping, cooking and dishes, but happy to share in household cleaning, and buy things for the house.
Hi! I'm moving to Brisbane in Feburary next year, and I'm looking for a place to live for the next year or so. I'll be starting a Graduate Diploma of Secondary Education at University of Queensland after completing a bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2015. I enjoy music festivals, exploring the outdoors and a love of cooking.. I don't mind a night out but much prefer a casual drink and dinner these days, but I also enjoy chilling at home, watching TV and chatting over a glass of wine and exercising. Have a love for travelling and backpacking the world! I've lived on residence in Geelong, Victoria for two years, and lived in shared houses over the pass two years. I'm hoping to find some people I will get along with as id love to make friends and go explore Queensland with someone. I'm shy at first, but I open up once I get to know people. If you think we'd get along or have any questions send me a message! :)

I'm a French / Kiwi chick moving to Brisbane at the end of January to start my PhD at UQ. I'll be bringing my chill and friendly dog with me :) I tend to be busy and quiet during the week but more active on the weekend. I'm friendly, open-minded, easy-going and fairly tidy. I love camping, nature and hikes, but I'm also a big fan of going to gigs or trying out new bars. That said I'm not a party animal, more of a chill and chat kind of person. My dog loves people but is very well-trained, he tends to keep to himself when I'm out. I can provide references for him too. I'm happy with either short or long-term.

My other interests include architecture, art, photography, and board games - which I have an extensive collection! As a housemate: I am exceptionally clean, mindful of noise and neighbours. I have a cat, 'Squiggles'. She is very low maintenance but does require a garden / courtyard. She is super sweet and gets along with anyone after meeting them. I have plenty of household furniture. Hey, I’m Anna! Currently 18, very nearly 19. I work in a bar during the night, and then study science at UQ during the day.I'm an outgoing person who enjoys a few drinks and a night out, and would ideally live in a grouphouse with a chill group who respect each others privacy, but also enjoy time together. I'm looking for a place that's convenient to the Valley, UQ, and CBD. I'd love to find housemates to talk and have a drink with, but also with the possibility to close my door when I have an assignment due, and some quiet when I need to sleep during the day after work. Ideally I'd be living with people about my age. I've lived with friends and in group-houses before, so I understand all about doing my share with chores and respecting other people's personal space. I'm flexible with lease length.
Hi, I'm Dan, 24, and looking for a friendly share house to live in for the next little while. I work in West End as an Exercise Physiologist (part-time) at the moment while I study for the Medicine entry exam in March. I'm pretty laid-back, keep my things clean and respect communal spaces and love getting to know new people. I have plenty of interests outside of work and study and keep to myself when I've got free time but I would also love to hang out and get to know the people I'm living with. Keen for a beer or wine or to watch some sport or TV together once in a while. I'm looking for a house with a clean, but modest room - big enough for a queen bed, regular desk, wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchen and clean living spaces and an open plan house would be great but not absolutely necessary. Near a park would be great too. Anything else is a bonus!
I'm an international student, I come from Switzerland and I will study for one year at UQ. I'm quiet and easy-going, and I like having a drink and going out by the week-end. I play beach volley-ball; I also like dancing and playing bored games. I would like to meet people in Brisbane, that's why I'm looking for a share accommodation :)

Looking for couples or one single to join us in moving out! Ideal person/s would keep a clean space, be around our age & friendly :) Occassionaly we would like to entertain, but would be mindful of our housemates; same goes for you too with guests :) Message us if interested in joining us or if you have a modern space that would suit us to move into :)

Must be friendly and down for a chat/ meal share occasionally etc :) I work lots, and go the gym, so im out a lot of the time. I'm social, so I may have people over occasionally- but would always be considerate of you. I would love a modern 2+ bed, 2 bath townhouse (maybe apartment if it was large), and would prefer the master bed- happy to pay extra rent of course. I would prefer someone who doesn't smoke. Looking to move in March- so starting early, leaving lots of time to meet the right person and find a house that suits both our needs. 6-12month lease.
