Hey future flatmate, Im João (20y) from Brazil, i'm currently living in Melbourne since but im moving to Brisbane at 29/06 . Im going to be studying carpentry at TAFE QUEENSLAND for the next 2 years so i'm looking for a long-term rent.

About me: Im a 20 years old studying abroad here in Australia, im friendly and curious person, my hobbies are mostly related to sports: gym, soccer, volleyball and i consider myself an early bird but i also like to party and go clubbing sometimes.

I've been here since January and im finishing my course of Marketing and Communication at Melbourne, during that time i worked mainly with hospitality at coffee shops and restaurants and i will be working part-time and studying during the week.

About my ideal place: Im looking for a place that i can call home and my preference is for a house with plenty of space, where i could invite some friends for a dinner some time and maximumly 40 minutes from the city. (i don't mind sharing the place with 4/5 people)

About my flatmates: my ideal flatmates would be in their 20s, im always open for a talk,have dinner together and even go out together but im also ready for sharing a place with different people and just co-existing in peace and respecting eachs others space.

Budget: maximum 350$/w for places close city, but i expect to pay around 275-300 for a bigger house a bit far from cbd.
