I'm 22 years old and currently work casually as an Enrolled Nurse whilst studying towards my Registered Nursing degree at QUT. I'm a quiet but friendly individual. I'm tidy and will help out with house work when needed. I love to play xbox and watch Netflix. I have a 6 year old dog - he's a mini poodle x bichon frise - who gets along well with both dogs and cats. He's very much more of a people dog though and will suck up to you whenever he can. This will be my first time moving out of my parents house so it is quite daunting for me. I would prefer to live with mostly - or all - females.
Who are we? Ben - 32 years old, relaxed, happy, up for a chat and also enjoy peace peace and quiet. State Account Manager in FMCG, week trips away on work and live a corporate life style. Pantea - 35 years old, very loving and caring bubbly personality. Currently works in childcare. What our life looks like; - An indication of mine & Pantea's lifestyle on Monday – Friday; Very basic - We come home from gym at around 7pm, cook, eat, go to our room, relax and watch a movie. - We are both very friendly and happy to chat but are also both very quiet and very considerate of others space and quiet time. - An indication of our lifestyle on the weekends - We are active, enjoy being out of the house doing activities like hiking, the beach, at a friends, staying on the coast etc, honestly we are rarely home on the weekends. - We don’t really usually use the living space, so you have all that to your disposal also. We are both very very clean and tidy people, admittedly cleanliness is verrryyyy important. I'm looking for people who are mature, considerate, clean, respectful adults. Over 30 so both of us are in that mind set as mature adults we do not like a house that is full of loud noise, mess, parties, etc. Home is a place for peace, of course we are not opposed when a house mate wants space and perhaps an evening to have others around for dinner / drinks. However not into party homes. Not into drama or causing any issues - We are very easy to get along with. :-)
Hello, I’m Madii and I’m looking for a new living arrangement. I’m a friendly, neat and respectful person who is looking for a fairly quiet place to live with people I get along with. I’m fairly introverted/ can keep to myself/ bit of a homebody but like to have a chat or watch tv/ movies with housemates. I consider myself pretty nerdy and like going to the cinema, seeing live music, stand up comedy, video games, plants, cooking/baking, crafting and relaxing with a cup of tea. I work casually and am on centrelink but I am always on time with rent and bills, and earn enough to support myself comfortably. I am also actively seeking more work and/or full time employment. I like to keep my space and my home very clean and am looking for people similar. Ideally, I would prefer sharing with just one other person in a 2bed apartment, but I am open to more people and to houses/ townhouses as well. I love dogs and am open to people with pets, as long as they are approved by the real estate/ property manager/owner and are cleaned up after and well-trained. I don’t drink but don’t mind if you do, but I’m not looking for a party house or people who have guests/ partners over all the time. Not interested in living with couples, smokers or drug users. I would prefer something in or very close to Chermside, for work and convenience, but can look elsewhere if need be. I have my own car and would require a parking space, preferably off-street. I get along well with pretty much anyone and am respectful of different cultures, religions, lifestyles and only ask the same, but LGBTQI+ friendly is a requirement for me. I have multiple references as being a good housemate and hope you will consider me! I’m open to team ups as well as existing rooms. I also can bring a lot to a new place! I have a good amount of furniture + appliances for common spaces if need be, and I have a spare king single bed for sale for cheap if you need one.
I'm looking for a bedroom with air-condition, en-suite bathroom and a relaxing, clean place with all basic features (washing machine, dryer, kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, hob and chimney,). I am also looking for places that have the basic furniture available as well . I am 28 years old and married. My wife is in India and I will be the only occupant. I recently transferred from India to Australia. I can get a reference letter from my HR for that. I am a consultant in data migration domain and will be working out of Brisbane. I love football and used to be a professional musician for my band for 6 years in India. Any questions? Just ask.
As a working professional, I'm pretty quiet during the week. In my free time and on weekends I'm generally out and about seeing friends, brunching, yoga/pilates, hiking, markets. I'm tidy and respectful and value my down time but I also think it's important to have a good friendship with the people/person you are sharing a home with. I own a couch, washing machine and a cherished moroccan rug I bought in Morocco recently! Also have the kitchen essentials pretty much covered. Ideally I would like to find someone like-minded to team up with and find a place of our own. I'm hoping to move January and looking to stay around the inner northern suburbs. Reach out if you want to catch up and see if we would be a good fit.
I just graduated law school so I work full time through the week. I only just moved to Brissy this year so I love a social house on the weekends with some wine but I also love to just hang out for a quiet night sometimes too. Pretty easy going with everything else. Looking for a friendly and clean house :)
Hi there I’m Ali :) I work in management and recently relocated from Perth, looking forward to establishing myself and exploring this town! Tertiary educated, independent, considerate of others, friendly, forthright and social. I enjoy hanging out with flatmates but also very happy to do my own thing and chill. I’m into stuff and things... keeping fit - swimming, paddling, yoga, gym and the outdoors, cycling around the river, cooking, good food and wine, music especially live music as well as art, galleries, performances, good conversations and exploring places. Think Powerhouse, QPAC, GOMA, fringe festivals.. I’m looking for a friendly relaxed but clean and tidy household. No smokers please. I work hard so a good nights sleep is a must. Totally fine with people from all walks of life, pets and children.
I'm a 31 year old female professional currently transitioning from legal to healthcare career. I'm reliable, honest and mature, and genuinely seeking a quiet and relaxed household with someone of similar interests who I can potentially share with long-term. I'm very fitness-minded and lead a healthy lifestyle - non-smoker, non-drinker and most definitely not into the partying way of life. If you are of similar age and interests are looking for someone who respects privacy and peace/quiet, I just might be for you! My only non-negotiable is that you have to be okay with me taking over the kitchen for a few hours each weekend so I can do weekly meal prep... if you're good with that - or even better if you do it too - then we'll get along wonderfully! Other general information: - I am continuing my studies in 2019 and am looking for someone who can accommodate someone who studies as well as works; - I love cats and am perfectly happy to share with someone who has a cat for a pet (and help you take care of yours); - I don't own a car and don't require a parking space; and - I prefer not to live with a couple. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I’m a 24 y.o working full-time in Marketing in the city Mon to Fri. On the weekend I lead a fairly active lifestyle - at the gym, cycling or taking a road trip out of the city. Looking for a neat and tidy place and respectfully keep to myself as much as possible but am up for a chat if you are as well.
I just moved to Brisbane from the Gold Coast and work for QCAT in the city so looking for a furnished room (just need a queen size bed) that is close to buses into the city. I am very clean and responsible and ideally looking for social housemates as I don't know anyone in Brisbane other than work people. I am fun, outgoing and love to get out and about. Would be great to meet flatmates that are friends to enjoy a meal or a drink with occassionally however it's not absolutely necessary and I understand we all have our own lives. Paying my rent on time each week is no problem at all but I have limited savings so cant afford to pay 4 weeks rent as a bond. Looking to live with people that are chilled like myself and able to look after themselves and don't mind a drink at the pub occasionally. Would prefer not to live with students, unemployed, couples and definitely no crazy cat ladies thanks! I am ideally after a room with a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe where I don't have to pay to park my car outside the house but can be flexible for the right place and right flatmates.
I have recently moved back to Brisbane. I am tidy, cordial, pay bills on time, and respectful of other people and their property and privacy. I am happy to socialise but also give people their space. I work full time in the city. On weekends I like to get to the beach or hinterland.
I have a very friendly, chatty personality and I'm eager to meet some people who are like me :) Im 21 years old and enjoy going out and having a social lifestyle. I am quite a clean person who loves cooking and exercising frequently :) I occasionally smoke so please keep this in mind when reading my profile. I'm looking to move in sometime around the end of January, I can adjust this date slightly to benefit you if we both agree that I would make a good fit in your household :). I would like to be in a house with people I could become good friends with although I will be studying full time and working casually so I won't be lingering around the place all the time. I also enjoy some alone time so you won't get sick of me hanging around in the common areas 24/7, however I'm always keen on hanging out and having some drinks or doing whatever with you! Send me a message if you would like to know anything else about me :)))
What’s poppin’. I’m Ella - brunch enthusiast and Marketing Manager for a fashion label. I love britcoms, laser tag, city views, freshly-baked muffins and am looking for a roomie who is down to share an inner city/city fringe pad from early jan onwards! I have lived out of home for 4 years, work full-time, non-smoker and single. I’m super respectful of space and privacy, easy-going and friendly. Whether you’re the type who likes to have people over or you prefer to keep a low-key living space, we will get along fine. I’m defs the type of roomie that will save you left over fettuccine and who will always put your clothes in the drier once the washing machine cycle has finished ❤️ Hit me with a message or text if you’re keen to find a rad place to call home for 2019😎
Hi. I'm a 41 year old professional working in the in the Valley. I'm tidy and easy to live with. Looking for somewhere reasonably close to work. I'm busy with work through the week. Like to get away on the weekend when I can. I'm flexible with the move in date as I'm happy enough where I am it's just a bit far out of town. Just need to give maybe a few days notice. Cheers.
Hi, I'm Dan. I'm a 37 year old single gay guy. I just moved back after travelling for a few months. I'm a bubbly, optomistic guy. I'm not a party animal, but love a glass of red. I'm very clean too. I actually love cleaning. Why i don't know. lol. I lived in Canada and NYC for almost 10 years so i have a kind of aussie / canadian accent apparently. Would love an ensuite, but totally open to the right place with the right flatmate. First world problems right... :) I would love to live with someone who is more extroverted than introverted, someone after a friend more than just sharing a living space together. I'm happy and chatty most of the time, and like similiar. I like optomists, rather than pesimists. Idea of the perfect flatmate: Happy, says " How you doing? ", loves to catch up and chat the end of the day, watch a movie together, not into drugs at all ( I never seen illicit drugs do anything good for anyone ) and loves a glass of red. Non judgemental and gay friendly. Someone who supports the gay community, even better! If you love Rupaul's Drag Race, i will love you. :) - I don't hook up much, maybe once in 3 months - but you would be cool that i'm getting laid and visa versa. lol. Some gay guys can be really snooty and uptight which i dislike. Try living with gay guys in Sydney - you leave one fork in the sink and they need to take a Valium to calm down. I'm a really happy and chatty guy - i am really not into the" i want to talk about all things vegan in your face thing " , or the " i have a political opinion about every topic and i want to annoy you with it for 2 hours and then have a go at you because of yours " Worst flatmate for me: Complete gamers, introverted and shy, rude and just says " Hi " once a day and nothing else, does everything to excess - if your a gay guy that must drink 2 bottles of wine and get smashed every time you have a drink and stumble in at 7am, good for you, but at 37, i'm a little passed that. No judgement - I was like that in my 20's, but not now. So if your LAID BACK and don't have a panic attack and meltdown about everything in life, we will get along. :)
Hi I’m James! I am 21 years old and have just graduated university. Unfortunately its time to start work full time at a global company. I have lived overseas and out of home, so am more than capable of cleaning up after myself and maintaining a home. Having traveled lots I’m used to keeping my personal space tidy! You will find me surfing, playing sport and hopefully socialising with new found friends in Brisbane I am always up for a chat, beer, gym, swim, watching sport whatever really. I will be returning to Sydney every few weekends, having moved from Sydney I would love to have a social house. If I sound like your ideal housemate give me a message! James
I'm moving from north Queensland to north Brisbane hopefully. I have a full-time job I am starting on the 14th of Jan 19. I work in IT and I'm currently studying. I enjoy getting outside for physical activities but spend a lot of my free time is spent in study mode. I'm a quiet person that does not drink or smoke but either do not bother me.

Just looking for a decent place with decent peolple :). Enjoy all the usual stuff...social drinks, coffees, food, games, movies, beach etc. Can move in pretty much straight away, get in touch to find out more.
