Entertaining, social, clean, respectful, relaxed and easy to get along with. Australian- back from a few years away for work and travel. Now working fulltime at Bowen Hills. I'm very active, constantly out and about and very social. At the same time I respect privacy and everyone's right to their own time and space. I cook, clean, happy to spend time with housemates.
Hi, I'm looking for a place to call home for a few months. I'm very clean and respectful. I like to have a laugh and the occasional beer. My party days are definitely over though. I love music, play piano and guitar (not in front of anyone though so I wouldn't annoy you). I'm into alternative therapies and positive living. Would prefer a chemical free household. Looking for like minded flatmates. Cheers Mary

Hi, my name is Ella I'm from the UK and have lived in Canada for the past 2 years in Banff National park. I work full time at the Chermside shopping centre, non smoker and don't have any pets. I enjoy reading, climbing, outdoor adventure as well as catching up with friends going for dinner or just shopping and having a coffee. I like my own space so would ideally have my own room, but as i'm new to Brisbane would love to have some flatmates that i can chat with or watch GoT with! I am looking to move in as soon as possible with the ideal place i'd be looking at staying for 6 months if available. If i sound like the ideal flat mate please message me. Thanks, Ella
Hi! I've just gone back to study and the only course in my field is in Brisbane, so here I am (previously Sydney). I'll be here for at least 6 months (quite likely longer) and am looking for a place to call home. I'm a fairly young 32 year old, very well housetrained, always do my dishes after I cook, and do my share of cleaning in the common areas. I am a non-smoker and do not have any pets. I'm sociable, creative, easy going and generally a decent human. I've always lived with housemates in Sydney, and can provide references if required. I like to live in a place where people sometimes ask 'how was your day?' or have little chats in the evenings, occasionally share meals or watch a movie together and sometimes go out for a walk to the park or markets or other little weekend adventures together... yet are also both respectful of each other's space and appreciate quiet time. I think occasional dinner parties are great, but I am not such a fan of having big house parties! My house preferences: - close to public transport - good proximity to a cafe hub/somewhere to buy groceries - prefer a 2 x 2 apartment, will look at other options though - clean and tidy - Friendly, non-bigoted housemate/s I'm also open to starting a lease with someone, I was the lease holder of my previous home in Sydney, get in contact if this interests you. Feel free to ask me any questions! Natarsha :)
Hey, currently looking for a room or someone to get a place with. My current lease ends on August 13, so looking to move around that date- preferably before. I work part time at Telstra & study Business full time at QUT, so I'm not home heaps. I've been living with house mates for the past 3 years, so at this point I honestly just want a chill, easy environment to live in. Looking for someone who I can have a drink with after work but can still be independent. Give me a text & let's grab coffee.
Hi!! My name is rhiana, I'm 22 and I'm looking for either a room or to start up our own share house! I work full time in the city so really only home after 6 and on weekends. I'm quiet so I tend to stick to myself usually but I really love socialising. I'm looking for a bubbly housemate who is clean and tidy, has respect and enjoys watching a tv series together be also respects our own time. I'm looking for someone who is also interested in being friends as well as a housemate. Ie, you're willing to go to the movies, breakfast etc together. I have some furniture (tv, entertainment unit, couch and some kitchen things) I'm happy to spend up to $200 a week including all bills and internet etc on rent and anywhere on a train line or easy access to a bus! Ps. I have a kitty who's name is spyro who you'll fall in love with, very affectionate 🤗
I've lived in a few cities in a few countries now. Most recently, I lived in Singapore for 3 months, but excited to be back in Australia. I'm well versed when it comes to sharing a living space with others. I'm respectful, courteous, friendly, with a great sense of humour. I've never had any complaints :) I work reasonably long hours (as a business consultant), and sometimes travel interstate. So between that, sport and my social life, I don't spend a great deal of time at home - bonus for you if you're a homebody :) But feel free to ask me any questions. Please note, I am looking for unfurnished places, thanks. I am also looking to team-up and find a place. I have all the lounge, laundry, and kitchen equipment. So, if you're just looking for a room to call your own, then I might just be the housemate you're looking for :)
Hey! I'm hoping to find two other people to start a new share house! Preferably something within about 10 mins to the city. I work a lot during the week so want a place I can come home to and relax after work, always up to share a meal together or a drink and wanting people that are happy to do the same. I'm not a party animal but like the occasional drink after work or a night out on the weekend. I'm very easy going and know the in's and out's of living in a share house eg. keeping common areas clean etc. I have some furniture - My bedroom stuff, Fridge and kitchen items. I'm more than happy to buy a new couch or some other items to contribute also. I was also after the Master bedroom (Obvs pay extra) as sometimes I work from home so need some office space. Let me know if you are similar and we can catch up for a coffee/drink :) Cheers, Patrick
Two friends sophie and Mad, one puppy cavoodle looking for one or two others to move into a house or townhouse that has a backyard for my pup. Prefer a modern or newish house

Hi, I'm Dan. I'm a 36 year old single gay guy. I recently moved back to Brisbane after spending some time in Sydney and Melbs. I'm originally from Sydney. I have just scored a full time role with Cash Converters in Taringa at the head office. I'm a bubbly, optomistic guy. I'm not a party animal, but love a glass of red. I'm very clean too. I actually love cleaning. Why i don't know. lol. I lived in Canada and NYC for almost 10 years so i have a kind of aussie / canadian accent apparently. Would love an ensuite, but totally open to the right place with the right flatmate. First world problems right... :) I would love to live with someone who is more extroverted than introverted, someone after a friend more than just sharing a living space together. I'm happy and chatty most of the time, and like similiar. I like optomists, rather than pesimists. Idea of the perfect flatmate: Happy, says " How you doing? ", loves to catch up and chat the end of the day, watch a movie together, not into drugs at all ( I never seen illicit drugs do anything good for anyone ) and loves a glass of red. Non judgemental and gay friendly. Someone who supports the gay community, even better! If you love Rupaul's Drag Race, i will love you. :) - I don't hook up much, maybe once in 3 months - but you would be cool that i'm getting laid and visa versa. lol. Some gay guys can be really snooty and uptight which i dislike. Try living with gay guys in Sydney - you leave one fork in the sink and they need to take a Valium to calm down. Worst flatmate for me: Complete gamers, introverted and shy, rude and just says " Hi " once a day and nothing else, does everything to excess - if your a gay guy that must drink 2 bottles of wine and get smashed every time you have a drink and stumble in at 7am, good for you, but at 36, i'm a little passed that. No judgement - I was like that in my 20's, but not now. I don't like gay guys that have a crabby/cunty attitude for absolutely no reason either ( trust me, its common in Oz ) lol.

Working in Kenilworth and have been commuting from South Brisbane everyday but it's killing me! Looking forward to moving somewhere in between the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. I am originally from Sydney but have lived in Brisbane for 6 weeks now. I am very friendly and easy to live with and love hiking, camping and the tropics.
We are a friendly, hard-working, yet laid back young couple, looking to move into a sharehouse with some awesome new housemates! Alyssa, 23, is a quirky hospitality all-rounder, who will often be found reading, baking, sewing burlesque costumes or attempting to roller-skate. She is always up for a hang out, particularly if it involves awesome food or spiced rum, but will keep to herself at times as well. Luke, also 23, is a fun-loving bartender, who loves gaming, working out, watching history docos and playing pool. He is always ready for a bit of banter, having a beer, or talking politics and is super chill to live with. Alyssa works in New Farm, and Luke works in the Valley, so we are hoping for somewhere close-by. We will always strive to keep the noise to a minimum, but be aware that we will often get home/leave home in the early hours of the morning. Ideal if you're a heavy sleeper/enjoy the emptiness during the evenings/also a fellow night worker. We generally do most of our socialising out after work, but may have the occasional close friend come by for a hang out. We are both pretty laid back, but also respectful and clean. Alyssa adores cats, and we both love dogs, so we would be very keen on somewhere that is pet friendly/already has pets. You will never be wanting for a pet sitter/dog walker! We have a bit of furniture (small couch, fridge, washing machine, small kitchen table), and would be more than happy to contribute these for shared use, but can organise storage if there is not enough space. En suite or separate bathroom would be preferable, as would access to a balcony/patio so we can pop out for a cigarette without being a nuisance/freezing to death.
My name is Julia and I am 22 years old. I work full time at a hotel in the city which is quite demanding during the week and sometimes weekends. I do like to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy exercise when I get a chance in between work and my social life. I take pride in my home and enjoy living in a clean environment. It would be awesome to find someone to enjoy a wine or two over dinner and have a laugh! My current housemate is leaving me for Melbourne so I will be looking to move from August 18! Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions 😊
